YOU ARE REQUIRED TO READ "IMPORTANT LEGAL RESTRICTIONS" PRIOR TO ORDERING. IF YOU CANNOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE LAW, YOU CANNOT ORDER AMMUNITION. Sorry, folks, its the law. To read these requirements, please select the "Important Legal Restrictions" tab to the left.
If you order by email or fax, you must include a statement that you are legally able to purchase ammunition (18 yr minimum age for long gun and 21 yrs minimum age for handgun ammo) and you are not prohibited by federal, state or local laws from purchasing or possessing ammunition (please see IMPORTANT Legal Restrictions on this site).
Know and understand what you are buying. Due to our insurance requirements and personal liability of products being out of our control, we will accept ABSOLUTELY no returns of merchandise.

Please provide a contact number to call you. We will call you to verify age and obtain a credit card number. We will also confirm pricing as the price may change from the price published on the website. This is due to prices our suppliers charge us.
We will also need the following when we contact you:
Your name, street address, city, state and zip code (NO PO BOXES OR APO ADDRESSES)
Please also note that the US State Department regulates exportation of ammunition. Due to the very high price of licensing required to participate in export sales, we have elected at this time not to export ammunition outside of the US.
Please note that we will require an adult signature ( 21 and over) from you upon delivery unless we can confirm your age when we call. This is because of Federal restrictions on transferring ammunition to minors.
We will only charge your credit card when we ship the product to you. If you request, we will send you an email indicating freight charge, otherwise we will just ship and charge actual freight charge. We ship by Fed Ex ground to your door. We do not charge any handling charge, credit card charges or minimum charges. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please mail it along with your order to the address on our Home Page. We will hold your shipment for 7 days to make sure the personal check clears. Money orders ship immediately.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for mistakes on the web site. Although we endeavor to keep everything correct, we still reserve the right to quote the most current pricing. This is unusual, but it does happen on occasion.
Note about Sales Tax:
We are required to charge sales tax to all shipment destinations in the State of Ohio at the local sales tax rate of your delivery address. At this time we don't have to collect tax on purchases outside of Ohio but this regulation is changing due to state reciprocity laws and is subject to change at any time and without prior notice.
Shipments to restricted locations:
Effective January 2010, we can no longer ship to individuals in California due to new laws eliminating internet ammunition sales. If you want our products, please have your local dealer contact us and order products for you.
We cannot ship to New York City, Chicago, Washington DC, Hawaii, Massachusets or California or any other locations with ammunition restrictions (see Important Legal Restrictions page).
Some locations have restrictions on the type of ammunition you can purchase and possess. Make sure you know your local laws.
We do not sell or manufacture armor piercing ammunition or other restricted ammunition.
