In the course of sending information to us to place an order, we may have your credit card number, your personal address, email address, phone or fax number and a copy of your personal identification such as a scanned or faxed copy of your driver's license or state firearms ID card. We will use this information only in the following ways: This information will only be used to verify your age, physical address for shipment of our products, your state of residence and to process your orders to purchase our products. A copy of your credit card information will be retained as a hard copy (non-electronic copy) until we receive payment from the bank unless you tell us to keep a hard copy on file for future orders. Once the card has expired, the copy will be destroyed by shredding. No electronic copies will be kept. A hard copy of your ID (drivers license or state firearm ID card) will be kept as a hard copy file to verify age and state of residency and will be held until the ID expiration date. Once the ID has expired, the copy will be destroyed by shredding. No electronic copies will be kept. Any information about age, name, address, birth date, phone number of email that is given over the phone will be recorded as a hard copy and kept on file for a period of two years. No electronic copy will be kept. No information about you will be transferred to a third party or sold to any third party for any commercial reason. We may provide information to an law endorcement agency if required to do so by a court order or in the course of a criminal investigation only. We will keep no electronic copies of your information on any computer server.
